12 Russian cities to launch charter flights to Istanbul

Russian tour operators are gradually expanding the geography of charter programs to Turkey.

In the near future charter flights to Istanbul will be launched from 12 cities of the country. This is reported by the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR).

Now it is possible to fly to Istanbul from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don and Mineralnye Vody. Four cities (Makhachkala, Ufa, Samara and Yekaterinburg) will be added in March, and three more cities (Grozny, Perm and Kaliningrad) in April.

Earlier it was reported that about 90 thousand Russian tourists visited Turkey in January of this year. The share of the Russian Federation in the total number of foreigners in Turkey is almost 18%.
