According to the study, the French capital's contribution to the economy through tourism in 2022 was about $36 billion. Second place on the list went to Beijing ($33 billion), the third - Orlando ($31 billion). Two Chinese cities, Shanghai and Guangzhou, as well as two American cities, Las Vegas and New York, were in the top 10. The top ten includes Tokyo, Mexico City and London. It is noted that in compiling the rankings analysts take into account the contribution of tourism to GDP, the expenditure of travelers and job creation in this area.
