Italy is among the leaders - Br11.100 for the passport, as well as the U.S. - Br10.800 for the document.
By the way, the most expensive tourist visa in America - it costs Br10.500, or $127. Visa in New Zealand - 9,000 rubles, and in Australia - 7,500 rubles.
