Starting in 2022, Turkish authorities allowed foreigners to be vaccinated against coronavirus on a fee basis with preparations available in the republic. The vaccine itself is free, and the cost of the medical service is approximately $30.

The Association of Tour Operators of Russia has reported that the cost of vaccination tours in Turkey starts from 46 thousand rubles. This amount includes a flight from Moscow to Istanbul and back, accommodation for two nights in a three-star hotel in the city center, breakfast, shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back, a trip to the vaccination site and back to the hotel.

The price includes services of a Russian-speaking guide who accompanies the tourist during the procedure. This accompaniment is important because not all hospitals in Turkey currently offer vaccination services to foreigners. In addition, the accompanying person will be able to help the tourist to fill out a form in Turkish, in English or Russian data cannot be entered.

Tourists will also have to come to Turkey a second time, as the vaccine is two-component. When you receive the second dose of the vaccine, a PCR test is done at the clinic. If the result is negative, the tourist is given a certificate of vaccination. The Turkish document is valid in Europe, it is also suitable for obtaining a visa to the US.

Turkey has become the fifth country in the world with such a service as vaccination tours. You can also visit Serbia, Armenia, Croatia, and Greece for vaccinations with WHO-approved products. For example, Serbia is supplied by Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and Sinopharm.
