However, according to the Minister of Tourism of Thailand, Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, the issue of the opening of some regions being safe in terms of epidemiological situation will be discussed at an interdepartmental meeting on August 27. They want to present the plan in early October.
Ratchakitprakarn said that at the first stage the creation of separate beach zones near the observances is likely. In this case, without contacting the Thais, tourists will be able to spend time outside the hotels. The authorities note that this issue will certainly be agreed with the local community.
