The Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority said it has shortened the validity of the certificate for travelers who have contracted the coronavirus to 90 days.
The Greek Civil Aviation Authority announced a reduction in the validity period of the covid certificate for those who have recovered to 90 days. Now tourists will have half the time to stay in the country.
The previous rules set a deadline of 180 days. The Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) explained that this applies to covid certificates received after November 1.
The document must be issued no earlier than 30 days after the first positive test confirming the disease. Certificates that were issued from July 15 to October 31, 2021 will continue to be valid for 180 days.
