The majority of Russians are satisfied with the level of development of domestic tourism in the country. This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
It is reported that 77% of respondents are satisfied with the level of domestic tourism.
Mostly the growth of satisfaction is associated with an increase in the level of service and quality of services provided. Thus, 61% of respondents are pleased with the increase in the number of rooms of medium price category and 35% - economy segment.
At the same time, 32% of Russians expressed dissatisfaction with the reservation system in hotels, another 47% - dissatisfied with the training of staff, and 26% of respondents are dissatisfied with the insufficient number of rooms where you can stay with animals.
