The new system will provide high mobility and convenience for tourists.
The Department of Tourism of the Philippines has announced the launch of the new eTravel system, which will provide greater mobility of travelers and will provide improved travel opportunities. The information is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the office of the Department in Russia and the CIS.
It is noted that the etravel.gov.ph website, which simplifies data entry and collection, was created to replace the old One Health Pass system. Among other things, the immigration bureau refused to use paper arrival cards.
Tourism Secretary Cristina Frasco said the electronic system will increase the mobility of tourists who will be able to check in in a convenient format.
Recall that vacations in the Philippines are open to tourists from the Russian Federation, but one must either provide a certificate of vaccination or an antigen test upon arrival there.
