The Krasnoyarsk region has developed plans to support entrepreneurs who are going to invest in the creation of modular hotels.
Within the framework of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality Industry", 15 investors are going to expand their recreation centers by adding more than 200 hotel rooms.
These hotels will be equipped with all amenities, including electricity, water supply and drainage, and will be adapted for visits by tourists with low mobility. It is planned that they will be open all year round.
The total amount of project financing will amount to almost 300 million rubles, including both federal and regional funds, as well as investors' own funds.
These modular hotels will appear in several locations in the Krasnoyarsk region, including Divnogorsk, as well as the districts of Achinsk, Berezovsky, Abansky, Mansky, Balakhtinsky, Yermakovsky and Yemelyanovsky. Some of them are already at the final stage of installation works and are going to receive tourists already this summer season.
