By the end of the year, additional hotel complexes will appear in the mountains.
Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Republic on Tourism Madina Tebieva said that in North Ossetia there is a sharp increase in the tourist flow by 30%.
“The tourist flow began to grow at lightning speed. Over the past two years, it has grown by 7-12%. This year, the increase in tourists is 30%,” Tebiyeva said.
Now, due to the active tourist season, the region lacks optimized hotels. So, by the end of 2022, modular hotels with 220 beds will be built in the mountains. This task is set within the framework of the project "Tourism and hospitality industry".
The deputy chairman of the tourism committee of the republic added that the region is famous for its unique nature and cultural monuments.
