The encouraging statistics was shared by the Vice President of Red Sea Tourism Investment Sameh Hovaidak. According to him, in June 2024, hotels were over 75% utilized. According to "from achieved" forecasts, this figure could exceed 80% next season.
Statistics show that German residents who have been frequenting Egypt in recent years are regular customers at hotels in Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh. Locations for Russians' vacations are still fickle, but the tourist flow from Russia is steadily growing.
