According to the information published by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the province, a record 220 thousand foreign tourists arrived in Antalya in January this year.
It is noted that this is 58% more than in 2022. In 2019, the figure reached only 140.8 thousand tourists.
The largest number of tourists came from Russia - 71.7 thousand tourists, followed by Germany and 35.2 thousand, and Great Britain and 13.5 thousand travelers. From Poland arrived 8 thousand tourists, and from Israel 7,500.
Antalya was most often visited by tourists from Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Netherlands, Jordan and Belgium.
