In the British tabloid Daily Mail, tourists told about the terrible conditions in the hotel, allegedly feces were floating in the pool, and the food in the restaurant was infested with flies. Several families complained in the pages of the publication about the symptoms of poisoning.

A lawyer representing the travelers said that a total of 140 people were affected.

However, the manager of Mukarnas SPA & Resort Hotel denied the accusations. He is sure that the British people just want to get their money back for the vacation. According to him, there is a whole industry operating in Britain. It is said that the lawyers with the signs meet tourists at the airport and offer to return the part of money for the vacation through the court.

The luxury hotel claims that in summer there are several cases of rotovirus in each hotel, and it is normal. But such a mass departure has not been recorded anywhere. There are no mentions in the hotel's medical journals of complaints about the symptoms the Brits describe. Besides, these "poisonings" look very suspicious, because there were 1500 people staying at the hotel at that time, and only 50 people had complaints at home, not 140, as the lawyer claims.

In this regard, the hotel has hired a law firm in London and is filing a counterclaim for the protection of business reputation against the tourists and the lawyers representing them.
