The visa-free exchange of tourists between Russia and China, which launches on August 1, is already in high demand.

The head of the Ministry of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov said that the countries have already exchanged lists of tour operators and the necessary information for the visa-free procedure. Therefore, the first groups of vacationers will arrive in the near future.

Artur Muradyan, Vice President of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia, noted that the interest of Russians in China is high in itself, and after visa-free travel will become even greater. Therefore, the Celestial Empire may become one of the five popular destinations, especially in winter. By the way, Russians more often began to combine rest and education when traveling to foreign countries.

"Prices start from 150 thousand rubles. Business - 300 thousand rubles, luxury segment - 450 thousand rubles," he explained.

It is expected that after the introduction of visa-free travel, the cost of recreation in China will decrease by 20-30%. For example, an all-inclusive trip to Hainan will cost 70-80 thousand rubles for one tourist.

Recall that visa-free travel from Russia to Iran and China was announced on July 26 by the head of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov. Later we reported that visa-free travel can be used by a group of tourists by interest.
