Russian fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov leads the UFC rating. It includes athletes regardless of weight category.
The Dagestan fighter removed American John Johnson from the first place, who was previously considered the greatest athletes in the history of the UFC. Khabib Nurmagomedov also announced the capture of the championship on his Instagram page.
"Nothing came easily, I worked long and hard. Patience, work and hope for Allah were my three attributes that helped to achieve success, and, of course, the constant control of my father," Khabib Nurmagomedov wrote under publication.
The fighter recently won the fight with Justin Gaethje. Thus, he won all 29 fights held in the octagon. In the UFC Khabib Nurmagomedov won 12 victories, having not suffered a single defeat.
After the fight with Gaethje, Nurmagomedov returned to Dagestan. Minister of Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic Magomed Magomedov met the athlete at the airport.
