The Russian women's national football team won a major victory over Azerbaijan in the qualifying match for the 2023 World Cup.
The match, which took place in Azerbaijan, ended with the victory of the Russians with a score of 4-0.
The goals were scored by Marina Fedorova, Alsu Abdullina, Alyona Andreeva and Margarita Chernomyrdina.
Currently, the Russian national team takes the second place in the World Cup qualifying group. Russian girls have scored 15 points in five games.
The FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 will be held in Australia and New Zealand.
