The Russian referee team led by Sergei Ivanov will judge the Europa League match between Rapid and West Ham.
Ivanov's assistants will be Roman Usachev and Valery Danchenko. Vladislav Bezborodov was appointed the fourth judge.
Vitaly Meshkov and his assistant Vladimir Moskalev will be responsible for the video assistance system for referees (VAR).
The match between Rapid vs West Ham will take place in Austria on November 25. The starting whistle will sound at 20:45 Moscow time.
Besides Ivanov, Sergey Karasev is frequently assigned to European games. Recently, he was the main referee at the UEFA Super Cup, where Chelsea and Villarreal met.
