The organization cited inconsistencies in state law identified during the virtual audit.
According to information published on the official website of the World Anti-Doping Agency, RUSADA still does not comply with the organization's anti-doping code.
It is known that a meeting of the WADA executive committee was held in Shanghai, during which it was stated that there are inconsistencies in the state legislation of Russia, identified last year by the results of a virtual audit.
"RUSADA has 21 days from receipt of the official notification of the new consequences and conditions of reinstatement to challenge WADA's decision," it said.
It is also said that RUSADA can start the procedure for reinstatement to WADA after the agency's conditions on the CAS decision are met.
Earlier, the Ministry of Sports said that they do not intend to pay the annual contribution to WADA in the amount of 1.2 million dollars.
