Russia-Sweden football friendly match will be held in Moscow

The Russian Football Union managed to persuade the Swedish side to come to Moscow to hold a meeting.

Journalist Maxim Allanazarov announced this in his Telegram channel. According to the source, the game will be held in Moscow on October 8. The Swedish side wanted to hold a meeting on a neutral field, but representatives of the RFU persuaded them to play a match in Russia.

Earlier it was reported that the friendly game between Sweden and Russia may be canceled. It was originally planned that the match would be held in Stockholm, but this venue had to be abandoned due to the difficult epidemiological situation in the Scandinavian country.
