The prohibitive measures will be reviewed. The executive committee will receive a proposal for new conditions in December.
According to information published on the official website of the Russian Equestrian Federation, the executive committee of the International Federation has decided to reconsider the ban on admission to competitions for Russian and Belarusian athletes.
"The executive committee allowed Russian and Belarusian athletes, officials and horses to take part in competitions under neutral status," the statement explained.
The FEI executive committee will receive proposals on the new eligibility conditions and the timeframe for their implementation during a teleconference in December this year, after which the executive committee's decision will need to be approved.
Earlier, the World Anti-Doping Agency said that the Russian Federation has no right to organize international competitions, as RUSADA does not have the necessary compliance status.
