German specialist Sandro Schwarz replaced Kirill Novikov as the head coach of the capital FC Dynamo.
This was reported by the press service of the Moscow club. According to the source, Andrei Voronin and Volkan Bulut will become assistants to the new head coach. Thus, Schwarz became the 43rd head coach in the history of Dynamo club.
The previous place of work of the specialist was the German FSV Mainz. In the Bundesliga club, he worked from 2017 to 2019, and then was fired for unsatisfactory performance. Besides the main team, Schwarz worked with the Mainz youth team and Mainz-2.
At the moment, Dynamo takes sixth place in the Russian Premier League (RPL) table. The team should have the next match against Moscow PFC CSKA on October 18. The starting whistle is scheduled for 16:30 Moscow time.
