One of CSKA's highest-paid players will be 31-year-old forward Salomon Rondon of the Chinese team Dalian Yifang. He has previously played in the Russian league.
After Salomon Rondon passes the medical examination, the sides will sign a contract under which the player's salary will be 1.8 million euros per season.
The striker has previously had experience of playing in the Russian championship - he was a player of FC Rubin and Zenit for three years.
Rondon played 73 matches in the Russian Premier League and scored 33 goals.
He made his debut on 12 August nine years ago.
