In the match to reach the second round, the Russian lost to Lesa Tsurenko of Ukraine.
The match lasted 1 hour and 39 minutes and ended with a score of 6:4, 7:6 (2) in favor of the Ukrainian tennis player.
In the next round, Tsurenko will play against Alison van Eitwank, who defeated Austria's Sinja Kraus in her first-round match.
Generali Ladies Linz tournament is held in Austria from November 6 to 12. The prize fund of the competition is about 225 thousand dollars.
