Russia defeated Serbia in UEFA Nations League match.
Russia has defeated Serbia 3:1 in a group stage match of the UEFA Nations League. The game was held at the VTB Arena in Moscow without any spectators present. Russia’s Artyom Dzyuba scored twice, and Vyacheslav Karavaev secured a goal. From Serbian side, the goal was scored by Aleksandar Mitrovic.
This game was the first for the football players of Stanislav Cherchesov in 289 days. The next match of the UEFA Nations League, Russia will play against Hungary. The meeting will be held on September 6 and will begin at 19:00 Moscow time.
