The Russian national futsal team made it to the semi-finals of the European Championship, which takes place in the Netherlands.
In the quarterfinal match the Russians were stronger than the Georgian national team. The meeting ended with a score of 3-1 in favor of the Russian team.
Ivan Chishkala made double and Artem Niyazov scored one more goal for the Russian national team.
