Nike has announced the suspension of its partnership with Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood.
As a reminder, the soccer player was recently arrested on suspicion of rape and battery.
"We are deeply concerned by the disturbing reports and will continue to monitor the situation closely," Nike said in a statement.
Manchester United has also decided to remove all merchandise from the club's online store that is in any way related to Greenwood.
The player was in the spotlight after scandalous photos and videos published by his girlfriend. The photos show the beatings, as well as a broken face.
