One of the KFC franchisees in Russia, A.K. Rasha LLC, has no intention of changing the names of its establishments, Kommersant writes.

This franchisee operates about 100 restaurants, and it does not intend to change its signage until 2035, although Yam! Brands, which left Russia and transferred the local business, expected that the name will change all points.

"LLC "A.K. Rasha" has the rights to contracts for the use of the KFC brand until 2035, which gives the right not to rename establishments," - said the source of the edition, and also confirmed the general director of the company Alexei Chizhov.

Experts consider this decision justified, because the local brand Rostic's less familiar to the consumer than the American KFC.

Earlier it became known that the complete withdrawal of KFC from the Russian market is delayed.
