The Ministry of Health has introduced a ban on independent public comment on the situation with the spread of coronavirus in Russia. This is written in Baza’s channel in Telegram with reference to the corresponding order.
According to the document, the restriction concerns the heads of medical institutions and the main freelance specialists of the Ministry of Health. Before speaking on a particular issue in connection with the pandemic, the specialist will have to coordinate a statement with the press service of the federal Ministry of Health.
It is noted that coordination can be both written and oral.
At the moment, the Ministry of Health representatives have not commented on the existence of such an order.
