A RusJet Bombardier airliner arrived at El Calafate airport on April 22.
An Argentine newspaper reported that two airports in the state banned a Russian plane from refueling due to sanctions.
It is known that the Bombardier airliner of RusJet arrived at El Calafate airport on April 22.
One of the main attractions of Patagonia, the Perito-Moreno glacier, is located near it.
The crew of the Russian plane allegedly asked for refueling, but the oil companies working at the airports refused for fear of another U.S. sanction.
The next day, the aircraft flew to Buenos Aires. And there the crew was refused refueling.
Because of this, the crew of the ship without passengers flew to Paraguay, where the crew managed to refuel.
Then the plane returned to Buenos Aires and flew with the passengers to Brazil.
