This was stated by Emin Agalarov, President of Agalarov Development and son of Crocus Group owner Araz Agalarov, to Rossiya 24 TV channel. He also called the opinion of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov and members of the public an important aspect in this.
Emin Agalarov emphasized that he supports the initiative to restore the concert hall.
Earlier he explained that the closed doors in the building were not intended for evacuation of visitors, but for the use of staff.
Also, the number of victims of the terrorist attack reached 143 people.
