According to RBC, referring to the analysis of Robovoice and HeadHunter, the greatest need for such specialists has arisen in the spheres of culture, housing and utilities, non-profit organizations, education, construction, finance, agriculture, hotel and restaurant business, as well as in the forestry and woodworking industries.
In addition to professional skills, employers value communication, responsibility, stress resistance in their employees, as well as their ability to work in a team and effective business correspondence.
The growing demand for such specialists is due to the shortage of personnel and historically low unemployment rate in the country, experts believe.
