According to Hans Kluge, in the European region at the moment we can see the growth of diseases in Western countries: Austria, Germany, Denmark and Ireland.
The head of the WHO's European bureau noted that statistics show a decrease in the number of infections in Russia for the third week in a row. The expert named Belarus, Bulgaria and Romania among other countries, where the peak of infection has passed.
At the same time, the WHO spokesman urged citizens to continue to comply with all restrictions, explaining that otherwise the growth of infections could easily go up.
