Passengers with elevated temperature will not be allowed into metro in Moscow

Another series of measures preventing the spread of coronavirus was taken in Moscow. In the metro of the capital they installed thermal cameras near the metal detector frames, at the MCDs and bus stations.

Press service employees of the metropolitan department of transport explained that they will check passengers in two stages.

Thermal cameras will reacti to elevated body temperature. If a person has more than 37.5, the device will sound.

Then the passenger will be offered to measure the temperature with a conventional thermometer. If it turns out that it is really elevated, the passenger will not be allowed into the transport.

He will also be invited to see a doctor. If the case is serious, then the workers of the metro, station or MCD will call an ambulance.
