The Russian airline Pobeda has accused the management of Istanbul airport of mistreating its passengers.
The low-cost carrier released a statement to this effect on its official Instagram page.
The air carrier called on the management of the airport to stop bullying Russian citizens and immediately serve gangways for customers of flight DP6104.
"For an air harbor of your status - "the largest airport in Europe" - a real shame that you could not organize the disembarkation of passengers in more than 7 hours!" - the message said. "Pobeda" also accused the Turkish airport of absolute incompetence in the organization of ground handling.
We note that two hours after the publication of this article in the network, the Istanbul airport informed that the procedures for all passengers disembarkation were over. In confirmation, the airport posted on Twitter a photo of the Pobeda plane.
