Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that Vladimir Putin, being the head of state, cannot take part in studies of the coronavirus vaccine as a volunteer.
Today, November 24, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Vladimir Putin has not yet vaccinated against coronavirus, because "the president cannot use an uncertified vaccine."
He also noted that the head of state cannot take part in the study of the COVID-19 vaccine as a volunteer.
In addition, Peskov added that the president will report on his vaccination when the drug passes all the necessary stages for permanent registration.
