82% of Poles dislike the Russians, while 68% of those surveyed feel sympathy for the Americans.
Residents of Poland spoke about their dislike of the Russians and their sympathy for the Americans. This is evidenced by the data of the study, which was conducted by the CBOS laboratory, reports RIA Novosti.
The attitude to 20 nations and ethnic groups of the country was questioned among the residents. According to the survey, 68% of Poles feel sympathy towards Americans. They are followed by Italians (61%) and the English with sympathy expressed by 60% of respondents.
The fourth, fifth and sixth places are occupied by Slovaks (54%), Czechs (54%) and Ukrainians (51%).
At the same time, 82% of Poles said they dislike the Russians. It is noted that over the year the attitude of Polish residents to the Russians has sharply worsened. The percentage of declared hostility towards them increased from 38% to 82%.
It is noted that 982 adult residents of Poland took part in the survey. The survey was conducted in the form of a direct interview, a telephone interview and an Internet survey.
