The OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights said that it had no dialogue with the Ukrainian authorities regarding the list of the «dead» in Bucha, emphasizing that it had no contacts on the issue. However, they noted that the Ukrainian authorities were collecting evidence of crimes committed at this and other locations in the Kyiv region.
The bureau also expressed a demand for an investigation by Russia, RIA Novosti reported. At the same time, the Russian side repeatedly requested a list of victims in Bucha but did not receive it.
In April 2022, the Ukrainian authorities and several foreign media published data allegedly confirming the involvement of the Russian armed forces in the events in Bucha. Footage of people's bodies in the streets of the city was circulated, as well as allegations about the presence of Russian military in the region.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, announced the launch of an investigation into the alleged involvement of the UK in the anti-Russian provocation in Bucha.
