Tourists vaccinated with two components of the Russian Sputnik V vaccine can freely travel to 74 countries. RBC writes that most of the EU countries do not fall into this number.

In particular, the United States accepts tourists who are vaccinated with a foreign vaccine. To visit Abkhazia and the Dominican Republic, a PCR test or a vaccination certificate is not required at all.

However, most countries open to Russian tourists require a vaccination certificate. There are also countries that additionally ask to undergo PCR testing.

Recall that today Abkhazia, Albania, Armenia, as well as Belarus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Georgia, Egypt, as well as Jordan, Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey and many other countries are open to Russians.
