Today, a court hearing was held in Minsk, at which they examined the complaint of Maria Kolesnikova’s lawyers. The judges dismissed the complaint.
On September 21, in Minsk the Partisan District Court held a court hearing, during which a complaint was examined by human rights activists of the Presidium of the Coordinating Council and one of the leaders of the Belarusian opposition, Maria Kolesnikova, who was detained on September 8 and sent to the pre-trial detention center. It is reported on Monday by TASS.
It was decided to dismiss the complaint of representatives of Kolesnikova's interests about the application of the decision to detain her. In addition, the judges refused to release from custody the lawyer of the Constitutional Court Ilya Salei.
