Despite the growing prestige of professions related to the development of high technologies, the labor market needs in the full sense of the word workers - in the overwhelming majority of employers are looking for specialists in classical professional groups.
Ekaterina Nikiforova, head of the hh.ru South press service, told RuNews24.ru news agency about who employers are looking for in the first place.
She noted that the demand for candidates is concentrated in several professional groups - working staff, service (37%), sales, customer service, retail (33.5%), construction and real estate (14.7%).
"It turns out that employers from different industries compete for the same people on the labor market. For comparison, vacancies for IT specialists account for only 6%, and for marketing specialists - 3%," Nikiforova added.
In addition, the interviewee pointed out another interesting aspect, recruitment in the above specialties has become very complicated. Now for HR-recruiters to find production and working staff is a whole ordeal.
"According to hh.ru surveys, the average time to attract candidates has increased by 1.5 times, regardless of the size of the company. Almost every third recruiter closes a position in 2-3 months on average, 13% - in 3-6 months, although earlier this figure was much lower - 5%", - emphasized Ekaterina Nikiforova.
