Coca-Cola is withdrawing from Russia, stopping the production and sale of beverages.
Reuters has released an official statement by the Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (Coca-Cola HBC) about stopping production and sales of Coca-Cola Company branded drinks in Russia. The company said in a statement that operations will cease completely once the company's stock is depleted.
"Coca-Cola HBC will no longer produce or sell Coca-Cola or other Coca-Cola Company brands in Russia," the statement noted.
The company's products in the Russian market were represented by Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Schweppes, Powerade, Bonaqua, Fuzetea, Adez, Pulpy, Innocent, Rich, Moya Semya and Dobry. All of them will disappear from sale in the near future.
