Labyrinths were installed in front of the checkpoints, and security was also strengthened. The trade union of Baltiysky Zavod previously announced that from January 17, an order not to allow employees to work who have not been vaccinated against coronavirus, have not been ill with it over the past six months, and have not shown a medical exemption from vaccination comes into force.

The order was issued back in November 2021, which stated that all employees and tenants must have a QR code. “Vaccination is a voluntary matter, but the management of the plant has taken responsibility for the employees. If an infected person comes to the enterprise, he will put at risk everyone who has been vaccinated and wants to stay alive and healthy,” the Baltic Plant press service said.
