State hospitals cannot vaccinate such people, their data is entered in the federal vaccination register. This is reported by Forbes with reference to a source in the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

If there is already a record of vaccination, then a second injection should be given six months later. One of the clinics noted that lately, applications have been received from patients who bought such documents. They are vaccinated without making any changes to the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System.

In Russia, sellers of false certificates and their clients fall under criminal liability. For counterfeiting, you can get up to two years in prison, for purchase and storage - up to one year.
