Wildberries plans to start selling real estate and is negotiating with two major projects. The company is expanding its assortment and introducing new services for the convenience of customers.
Marketplace Wildberries plans to enter the real estate market and start selling apartments. This was announced in an interview with TASS by the founder and head of the united company Wildberries & Russ (RWB) Tatiana Kim. According to her, negotiations are now underway with two major projects, which will allow to expand the range of the site and add a new category of goods.
Wildberries continues to develop actively, increasing the number of available categories and introducing innovative services. In particular, the company recently launched the delivery of goods bypassing sorting centers, as well as the WB Track service, with the help of which customers can send parcels between order points.
Earlier in 2024, the site has already launched new areas - the sale of summer houses, bathhouses, floating houses and cars. Entering the real estate market will be the next step in scaling Wildberries' business.
