Rex winning the award was the result of nearly one million flights being anonymously rated by passengers on a 5-star scale.
According to APEX, Rex Airlines stood out among the 600 airlines evaluated, with passengers praising the airline's cabin service.
Rex Executive Chairman Lim Kim Hai, expressing his pride, emphasized: "We are proud of our warm, cordial hospitality, which sets us apart from all other airlines."
