"If direct communication with Thailand is opened, as Aeroflot said with Vietnam, it will dramatically reduce the cost of tickets, by 35-40%. Tours probably won't get cheaper that way, because the volume of traffic will be scarce. But still it will be a different price and other quantitative indicators", - said Maya Lomidze.
ATOR predicts that the most popular destinations for holidays this winter will remain Turkey, Egypt and the UAE. As for other destinations there won't be a mass flow because of high prices.
Earlier the Association of Tour Operators of Russia reported that on October 1, direct flights to Venezuela and Cuba will be resumed.
