State Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, immunologist Sergei Leonov proposed to create an additional register of citizens who have IgG antibodies to COVID-19 - so that they can receive a QR code for six months. The deputy sent the corresponding appeal to the Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko.

According to Leonov, such a measure will be relevant for those who have suffered from the new coronavirus asymptomatically or in a mild form, without seeking help from doctors, as well as for those vaccinated with one of the foreign vaccines.

Earlier, the operational headquarters confirmed that bills are being worked out on the introduction of mandatory QR codes in cafes, transport and shops.
