Specialists of the Chelyabinsk Hydrometeorological Center have extended their warning about abnormal frosts for an additional two days. This is reported by the Unified Duty Dispatch Service of the city on Monday, December 11.
According to the message, from December 12 to 13 throughout the Chelyabinsk region will remain abnormally cold weather with air temperatures of 7 ° C and lower compared to the climatic norm. In certain areas are predicted severe frosts with air temperatures up to minus 40 ° C and below.
