According to Rosstat, the length of the working day in Russia has reached record values over the past 19 years, RBC writes.
Experts found that the average length of the working day in the Russian Federation last year increased to 7.17 hours. Compared to 2022, this indicator increased by four minutes (0.9%).
On average for the year, the duration of working time per employee is 1.77 thousand hours.
It is noted that fishermen, administrators and medics work the hardest. This is happening against the background of staff shortage. Specialists pointed out the risks of unpaid overtime.
