According to the press service of the city administration, until this date, all restrictions on non-working days will continue to operate. Mass events are prohibited - with the exception of those agreed with the head of Russian Federal State Agency for Health and Consumer Rights and some professional sports competitions, but without spectators.
On November 6-14, in the region, catering establishments will be allowed only with QR codes or certificates of the transferred COVID-19. They will also be needed in shopping centers and resorts - either a certificate of a medical withdrawal from vaccination.
You can check into the hotel with the first component of the vaccine. However, you can visit cafes and restaurants only with a certificate or a QR code about vaccination or postponed coronavirus.
